Important update on completion of 2023 PC renewal exercise. Access information about renewal outcomes and next steps for optometrists and opticians.

  1. We wish to inform that the renewal of Practising Certificate for Optometrists & Opticians 2023 has concluded.

  2. To view and download your e-PC, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to the Professional Registration System (PRS) at www.oob.gov.sg

    2. At the left menu, click “Administration” followed by “View Certificates”

    3. Click on the hyperlink under “PC Period”
