  1. We wish to inform that the renewal of Practising Certificate for Optometrists & Opticians 2024 has concluded.

  2. To view and download your e-PC, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to the Professional Registration System (PRS) at www.oob.gov.sg (opens in new tab)

    2. At the left menu, click “Administration” followed by “View Certificates”

    3. Click on the hyperlink under “PC Period”
