Redirecting Your Enquiries through Email
2 April 2020
Learn about new communication protocols and proper channels for contacting the Optometrists and Opticians Board.
Dear Optometrists and Opticians
In view of the current COVID-19 situation, the OOB Secretariat team is currently on split team working arrangements where most of our staff will be telecommuting from home.
As a result, staff will have limited access to the OOB hotline during this period.
Therefore, should you have any queries, please send an email to us at OOB@spb.gov.sg instead.
Our staff will respond to you accordingly.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your cooperation.
