All optometrists and opticians providing services to the public in Singapore are required to be registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB) and have a valid Practising Certificate.

Apply for registration with OOB
All optometrists and opticians must be registered with OOB and issued a Practising Certificate (PC) before they can practise optometry/opticianry in Singapore.

Renewal of Practising Certificate
