Application for Certified True Copy (CTC)

A fully registered person may apply for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of their Registration Certificate (RC). The CTC copy of the RC may only display at the Secondary Practice Place.

Prior to apply, please ensure you have updated the Board on the secondary practice places that you will be practising at. For more details on how to update your particular, please click here.

Please note that a charge of non-refundable application fee of $50 per copy of CTC.

Practitioners are required to log in to Professional Registration System (PRS) via Singpass only (for Singpass eligible user) or 2FA onekey token (for Non-Singpass eligible user). Please click the instructions to apply for 2FA [PDF, 362KB] (for Non-Singpass eligible user) for more details.

Outcome of application

1. The OOB will only process an application with full payment and new employment details has been updated, processing time will take approximately 14 working days. Longer processing time may be taken when OOB is experiencing a peak period.

2. If your application is approved, you will be receiving an email notification from the Board. The Board will schedule an appointment for you to collect your CTC in person which you are required to bring along with your original RC for verification.
